Brennlust Truffles
It's winter, and that means our popular Brennlust truffles are back! Tipsy and available in four different varieties:
- Plum brandy in milk chocolate
- The orange spirit in dark chocolate
- The cherry brandy in a mottled dark chocolate shell in white cream
- Williams pear brandy in white chocolate
The truffles were carefully handcrafted by master confectioner Corina Keller from Klettgau-Erzingen.

Ingredients list:
White Truffles : White chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, milk , emulsifier soy lecithin and real vanilla), cream, Williams pear brandy , glucose, butter and invert sugar
Dark chocolate truffles : Dark chocolate couverture (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin and real vanilla), orange liqueur, cream, butter , invert sugar, glucose
Milk Chocolate Truffles : Milk chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk, emulsifier soy lecithin and real vanilla), white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, milk, emulsifier soy lecithin and real vanilla), cream, plum brandy, glucose and invert sugar
Mottled dark chocolate truffles : White chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, milk , emulsifier soy lecithin and real vanilla), cream , kirsch , dark chocolate couverture (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin and real vanilla), glucose, butter and invert sugar.
