Here, the sweet power of the branded cherries meets sour cherries, resulting in an aromatic cherry liqueur that lingers on the palate. But beware: this isn't a liqueur, but a liqueur with 32.7% alcohol by volume.

Production

To make this cherry liqueur, fresh, fully ripe cherries are steeped in alcohol and sugar. With each day, the alcohol-water mixture absorbs more and more of the fresh cherry flavor. Finally, sour cherry juice is added, giving the liqueur a subtle acidity.
