What is the correct storage?

For long-lasting enjoyment, you should always store a distillate in a dark, cool and upright place.

Enjoyment recommendation

Since this is a distillate with a citrus note, a classic tonic is best, either one that has a light citrus note of its own or is relatively neutral. After all, the goal with a gin & tonic is not to overpower the gin. Indian tonics from Thomas Henry, Schweppes, and Goldberg are excellent for this Red Edition. The classic mixing ratio would be 1 unit of Red Edition + 4 units of tonic, although stronger ratios such as 1:3 are also perfectly acceptable.
The key here is to simply experiment and find your personal mixing ratio. Very important: large ice cubes! A gin & tonic should be very chilled; large ice cubes not only provide an excellent cooling effect, but also melt more slowly!

Although our gin is naturally distilled on our copper still between the Hegau and Lake Constance, it meets the purity requirements of a London Dry Gin and is declared as such.

A gin rarely comes alone

We spent two years developing a recipe for a harmonious London Dry Gin using the small 0.5 liter still.

The gin was designed to meet the company's own standards of not only being wonderfully enjoyable neat, but also being free of artificial flavors and added sugar. Two editions were created: the Green
and Red Edition.
