In May, the time finally arrives: The rhubarb stalks grow vigorously from the ground and unfold their large green leaves. This vegetable, often mistaken for a fruit, packs a punch: The wonderful acidity provides an extra kick of freshness that banishes any spring fatigue. The rhubarb for this liqueur comes from Lake Constance, mainly from the home garden.
At 30% ABV, this sweet liqueur is smooth without losing its tart rhubarb flavor. Carefully handcrafted and without artificial flavors. Bottled at 35cl.
Production
This is a fruit juice liqueur. The rhubarb is freshly juiced after harvesting. The juice is then blended with alcohol and sugar.
Opened bottles should generally be emptied within a few months to a maximum of one year to avoid loss of flavor.
What is the correct storage?
To enjoy a liqueur for a long time, you should always store it in a dark, cool place and upright.
