Cancellations up to 14 days before the event:
You will receive a voucher for the ticket price minus a €5 processing fee.

Cancellation up to 7 days before the event:
50% of the ticket price will be retained. You will receive the remaining amount, less a €5 processing fee, as a voucher.

For cancellations within 7 days of the event or in case of no-show, the full ticket price will be retained.
