This drink was created some time ago by bartender David Grad . However, when I recreated it at the time, I forgot to take a picture of this beautiful drink. And so, while the recipe ended up in my drawer, it didn't make it onto this website.
Today a wonderful opportunity arose to finally mix this drink again.
1 cl egg white (or the egg white of one size S egg)
2 dashes of orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain and shake again (dry shake). This will create a wonderful foamy head.
Then double strain into a large champagne glass and garnish with an orange rose.
