Ginger lemons with a surprise

This fine ginger lemon liqueur surprises with its delicately sour, slightly spicy note. Wafer-thin, hand-peeled organic lemon peel and thinly sliced organic ginger flavor the alcohol. Over time, the fresh aromas unfold into a harmonious ginger lemon liqueur that is entirely free of artificial flavors. Since it is naturally cloudy, shake gently. Alcohol content: 27.7% vol. Limited edition: 60 bottles.

Production

For this slightly spicy lemon liqueur, the peel of organic lemons is peeled wafer-thin and organic ginger is finely chopped. This is then infused with alcohol and sugar; with each passing day, the liqueur acquires a more intense flavor. Since we only use the necessary minimum amount of sugar, this liqueur is sweet, but not sweet (and thus not necessarily comparable to limoncello ;-) ).

How quickly should a bottle be used up?

Opened bottles should generally be emptied within a few months to a maximum of one year to avoid loss of flavor.

To enjoy a liqueur for a long time, you should always store it in a dark, cool place and upright.
