The Whis'Pear – Brennlust's first premixed cocktail/aperitif. This drink is already mixed and ready to enjoy. A must-have for every sour and long drink lover. The Whis'Pear is not only a true delight on its own, but also unfolds further nuances when infused with soda or Indian tonic.

What's inside?

For this drink, we use our Williams Christ brandy —exactly that, and no other. And the way the Willi brandy blends with Irish whiskey is simply amazing. The subtle acidity comes from lemon juice (which we squeeze by hand). The Whis'Pear is handcrafted with the utmost care.

And how do you best enjoy Whis'Pear?

Place the bottle in the freezer 30 minutes before consumption. Since it's naturally cloudy, shake gently. For a refined and uncomplicated experience, there are three ways to enjoy Whis'Pear neat: Pour 100 ml onto a large ice cube and serve in a tumbler. Long drink: Mix Whis'Pear with soda or tonic in a 1:1 ratio in a glass with ice cubes.

Ein Sour ist ein echter Cocktail-Klassiker – und so simpel wie genial:

Er besteht immer aus drei Grundzutaten – einer Spirituose, frischem Zitronen- oder Limettensaft und etwas Süße
(meist in Form von Zuckersirup). Diese Mischung ergibt einen
erfrischend ausbalancierten Drink, der süß, sauer und aromatisch
zugleich ist.

Ob Whisky Sour, Amaretto Sour oder eben Whis’Pear – die Struktur bleibt gleich, der Charakter verändert sich mit jeder Zutat.
