For our popular apple juice, we use second-class apples— not cider fruit, but ripe table fruit with a few blemishes. We use a blend of sweet and sour varieties, which ensures a particularly balanced flavor: Topaz, Boskoop, Rubinette, Jonagold, and Elstar. Those familiar with our Meladoro apple wine will recognize this blend of apple varieties. :)

Use:
Remove the seal on the spout only when the box is lying down. Once opened, the juice can be consumed for 3-4 months. Once the seal is removed, do not stand the box upright, as otherwise the juice may absorb air, ferment, and affect its shelf life.
