Refreshingly summery – the plump juniper berries glow from black to violet. They carry the power of nature deep within them and only they are able to give Limestone London Dry Gin its characteristically robust and full-bodied character. But even before that, it greets you with the finest rose aromas and surprises with refreshing, sunny lime nuances. This is no coincidence: on the same day before the Limestone Green Edition is distilled, several limes are freshly peeled by hand. The zest is placed in an aroma basket and hangs above the macerate during the distillation process. The alcohol vapors rise and fight their way through the lime zest, absorbing the fresh aroma and transporting it all the way into the glass.

A touch of summer that lingers long after! Whether neat or in a long drink, this London Dry Gin is perfect for connoisseurs! And as befits a London Dry Gin, this LIMESTONE Gin is made without artificial flavors and sugar.

Enjoyment recommendation

The right tonic

As is appropriate for London Dry Gins with a citrus note, tonics that either have a gentle citrus note themselves or are relatively neutral and do not overpower the gin.

This London Dry Gin pairs well with a classic Indian tonic from Thomas Henry, Schweppes, or Goldberg. For a classic gin & tonic, the following mixing ratio is recommended: 1 unit gin + 4 units tonic water + plenty of ice. However, a stronger mix of 1 unit gin + 2 units tonic water is also perfectly acceptable. Just experiment and find your personal ratio. Important: The ice cubes should be as large as possible so the ice melts as slowly as possible. Garnish? Cucumber or citrus zest? I leave that up to you, too. Personally, I usually drink my gin & tonic without garnish, and if I do, I add rose petals or lime zest. 🙂

Sensory perception

The LIMESTONE London Dry Gin Green Edition has a distinct citrus note on the nose, complemented by a slightly sweet aroma. In the mouth, the flavor is rounded out by the earthy aroma of juniper berries.
